What my business partner and i would like to do is create a custom sheeting business for individuals/designers. We have sketches of what we would like in terms of the embroidery designs (many of which you already have, see attached).


Here are my questions:
- Can you do basically any thread color? We'd definitely like to provide a pretty wide variety. If so, what color system do you use-- Pantone? If not, do you have thread samples you could send me?
- Can you do single-run sets, e.g. for monogramming purposes?
- Since these will be one-off custom sheets (the color/pattern combination and size), I'm wondering if you can fulfill these on a one-off basis, with a monthly target number of total sets sold. We anticipate going from 10 to 500 per month very quickly.
- How does pricing look? I understand there will be a range based on volume but it would help me to have an idea of that range.


If all of this seems like it is interesting to you, I'd propose we do an initial run with some of the designs we are looking at. We could come up with an order of 25 very quickly for you.

不要第二天就回复客户我们能 等多两天 写一封长长的邮件 不但要回复客户问的 他们没有问的也要想想怎么写到邮件里
如果能多几个来回 这个客户可以成交了 这样的客户需要你把所有的其它推到一边先 全部的心思花到他们身上直到收到第一张单
