If the Contractor (Second Party), after written notification thereto of the defaults identified during the inspections made by Purchaser (First Party), fails to take the measures stated in such notification with 30 (thirty) days or in case of its non-performance with the provisions of the Contract, or its laying down of work, Purchaser (Second Party) is entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract without needing any other legal decision, warning or protesting. Matter such dispute to be referred to the arbitrator.In this case the Purchaser (First Party) has the right to cash the performance security given by the Contractor (Second Party) to cover his unpaid monthly charges as well as his losses born from the termination of this contract.

若乙方（卖方）在签订了有甲方（买方）拟草的合同后，在货物检验期间有任何违约行为，而且30天内不采取合同中规定的任何补救措施，或不履行合同条款，放任事态发展，甲方（买方）有权单方面在不受任何法律条款约束的情况下终止合同，或给与警告，拒绝接货。合同有争议时可由仲裁机构裁决。
此合同中，如因未按月付款所造成的费用或他因造成的损失甲方获得违约金补偿，且有权终止合同。
