以下是合同条款中的一条，请大家帮忙翻译以下（其实是最后一句不知所云），是一则通知条款：All notices in respect of the CONTRACT shall be given in writing and delivered by hand, shall be construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan., or by signed document, attached to an e-mail as a PDF-file, and copied to such other addressee of a PARTY as shall from time to time be nominated by such in writing to the other.
