Just confirm with my client that hats can proceed with screen print.For the artwork sizing you mentioned that it is different. it should be same
art as you receive because it's same tech pack please check it maybe just
need remove the mask in illustrator to expose rest of print art outside of
template or try to look at overall artwork in the attachment.
是一个帽子的图案，要印在帽眉上面，但是我们已经做过了，用热转印，由于图案很大，外面有些地方cut了，客人希望整个图案全部印上去，以上就是邮件。看不懂，请大师指点

illustrator是印刷用的图形设计软件,说然你去除里面的蒙板来看全图

跟我的客人确认好帽子可以进行丝印了。有关你提到的设计稿尺寸，你的尺寸同设计稿是不同的，必须要跟你收到的尺寸一样大。请检查下AI格式，可能只需要移去掩码，剩下的模板以外的内容就会显示了，或者在附件中看整个设计稿。
建议楼主直接去问下你们制版公司的设计人员，他们应该懂这些专业术语的。
