We would like to have your input on our plan to dispatch the goods, as there are total of 2cartons of goods, we will hold on sending the 2nd carton until the 1st one finishes it's customs clearance,any comment?

As there are total 2 cartons for this shipment, we'd like to send you one first, as soon as customs clearing finished, we'll be sending you the second carton, pls let me know your opinion, thanks.

虽然这上面的表达没什么问题，但关键客户能理解吗？ 你要先让客户理解为什么要这样做？也得告诉他这样会增加成本的。
