尽管存在不符点，如我行取得申请人具结的接受不符点通知，且决定接受全部单据，那么除非在我行放单之前交单人已另有指示，否则，即使我行事先已通知交单人（指受益人，而不是交单行，后者应称之为remitting bank）称我行正代为保管单据，听候其处理，我行仍将向申请人交出单据而不必取得交单人的事先同意。
