非常抱歉我们使用了EMS寄送物品，但货物已经发出去了。用EMS的原因是：第一，我们公司没有DHL的账号。第二，因为世界青年奥运会在南京举办的原因，feedx不接化工类物品。所以，造成的不便请谅解。今后，我们将尝试其他运输公司。求翻译~~~~~~~求翻译~~~~~~~~~~~~

We 're sorry to informed you that the cargoes /goods (不知道你的物品是什么）were post out by EMS .
Let me get this stright 1.) we haven't DHL account .2.）Feedex are not accpet any goods which containes chemical .
We have no choice but choose EMS .sorry for the inconvenience we caused you ,we will try to cooperate with other forwardering in the near future .hope to get your understanding .

I am sorry that we couriered the goods via EMS,but they were gone already.We had no other alternative but EMS due to
the fact that,on the on hand,we do have DHL account.On the other hand,Fedex refuses to pick up chemical products
during The Youth Olympic Games,which is currently being hold at Nanjing.
Anyway,we are sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused.Please understand our situation.We could try other couriers
for the future orders.

Sorry to bother you,we had sent goods by EMS.cuz we don't have DHL account and Fedex won't sent any chemisty product during the World Youth Olympic Games be hold in Nanjing.We'll try to sent goods as your requirment logistic company next time.
