关于采购方面的，求助翻译，中译英和英译中，不胜感激。NO.1我司从国外采购，我方发给国外供货商的英文写这样，我翻译的中文对不对呢？这个英文有没需要改进的。

otherwise, we will arrange our forwarder to pick it up from your premises.

NO.2 Mar07我付完款后，想了解下货物情况，问国外供货商货有没开始做？供货商告诉我交期是4周的，确定下具体几号能交，这封英文要怎么回复，如下，能不能帮忙改善下。不胜感激。
Payment is done.Please help advise product status.Is it in production yet?The lead time is about 4 weeks, it would be very much appreciated if you could confirm the exact date of your delivery.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

嘻嘻我觉得楼主的第一段大致都是没有什么问题的，只是有一丢丢语法上的问题，
1.reverting readiness of package detail ---要么是revert readiness of package，要么就是直接reverting package detail~两个在一起总感觉怪怪的
2.we will reverting---will后面加动词原形哦
不过其实国外客户并不会纠结的，他们看懂就可以啦~
