Mil Test Report from the manufacturer should be provided along with third party inspection certificate according to EN10204/3.2 with following details. And give your answers against each number below.a) CERTIFIED TEST REPORT FOR MATERIAL A106-Gr.B
Certified test report shall include the following:
(i) Manufacturing Process: Hot finished or Cold finished.
(ii) Heat Treatment: Temperature and Time if Cold finished.
(iii) Heat Analysis: Heat No. and chemical composition.
2 All the requisite tests i.e. flattering, flaring & hydrostatic as per standard.
3 Proper identifications on each piece should be made by legibly stenciling manufacturer brand, Heat No. Size & Grade in conformity wit MTR.
4 General requirement as per ASTM A450/450M for material A192, A530/530M.
5 The out side surface of pipes must be protected against rust with wax paints and capped at both ends with plastic caps.
6 No. of pieces should be guaranteed.
7 The Tubes should be properly packed to avoid damages during Transportations/Handling and Transported in open top container to the final destination i.e HMC Taxila.
8 End Use: 80 Ton/Hr. Boilers.
Note: In case of new source the supplier have to provide the supplier reference record during the past 05 years by mentioning the addresses to whom, they have supplied in these sizes & material grade.
