很意外的,昨天晚上我一回到家打开电脑,就被一个科特迪瓦的女客人给缠上,要求速度的报价,然后看到价格就问我,为什么我报的价格没有竞争力。我就说,你手上的价格是前段日子的吧?你为什么不考虑一下原材料、LOGO费用和汇率的变化呢?然后她说过几分钟等市场部的回复以后在告诉我价格。然后我就去忙其他的事情了。结果大约9点半的时候(那时我正准备吃晚饭),她又来了,给了另一个据她说是我同行的价格---可笑的是,价格几乎是我的二分之一。然后问我为什么高那么多。我也没有说为什么。我就说,假如你只是想要这样的价格,OK,我可以提供,但是我不担保质量问题。如果是我的价格,我就会承担产品的质量保证。如此云云。结果她接受了,并且决定12月4号来中国看我们的工厂(因为她每个月都有固定的量),会在中国呆5天,叫我留意时间的安排。现在我是既紧张又兴奋。已经查过一些科特迪瓦的资料,但是不知道大家有什么好的建议?还有,我英语口语的实践经验不多,害怕真正沟通起来会有障碍,想,她从广州(他们的办公室)过来应该会有随从吧?评论

我刚开始的时候也是跟你一样的,紧张的不得了,但是慢慢的,接待的客人多了,也就习惯了,现在我自己一个人接待也不会有问题了..
所以任何事情都是需要时间的,时间会让你变得老练,第一次接待,只要能够保持你自己原有水平,不失礼于别人就Okey了。
