This power of attorney is made this day, October 20th 2011 for the purpose of registering ‟FREEDOM” brand name with National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) to obtain NAFDAC approval for import of Freedom brand to Nigeria.We, Wenzhou Fangrou Sanitary Ware Co. Ltd., located at No.857 Houyu Street Quxi Town Wenzhou City, China 325016 are the manufacturer of Sanitary Towel with brand name “FREEDOM” for Vijac Biltvätt AB located at Vilandsvägen 24C Lund 227 34 Sweden .
The Trademark ‟FREEDOM” remains the property of Vijac Biltvätt AB and will only be used if authorized by the original trademark owner of which has been granted to: Emmanuel Ogomegbunam Mbah of Care and Comfort Nig. located at No.16, Rafiu Shittu Street, Alaka Estate, Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. And FREEDOM brand has been registered with Nigeria Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment (see attachment). And a separate manufacturing agreement referred to as MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING has been executed between and by Wenzhou Fangrou Sanitary Ware Co. Ltd and Vijac Biltvätt AB which upon request can be presented to any recognized legal authority in China, Nigeria and Sweden.
