加拿大外贸
又是一个周六,无聊之际,找朋友聊天。说起印度阿三的难缠,想起了前几天意外收获的阿三订单。
决定把过程写出来,供大家借鉴。
话说,我们做了一个网站推广,询盘是有,但是,偶回复了,就从来没有收到回音,严重打击偶的积极性。
但是,本小姐本着真诚对待的原则,仍然认真仔细到位地回复每一封邮件。
七月十三号
一大早上班,发现一封询价的邮件,写的还可以,至少说明了产品的相关特征,不像是漫天撒网的那种。
仔细辨别,来源地是印度。于是脑海中浮现出印度阿三讨价还价的场景。考虑到我们之间还是有点时差,所以,九点左右,就给他回复了,
介绍了一款合适的产品给他,并报了价。
接下来,他给我回复了:
Dear Mandy
Thanks.Please note-
1. First the machine is required immediately.For next we can allow more time.
2.The target price for the machine is less than USD.2000.00
Kindly confirm so that we can ask our Shanghai office to take next step for placing purchase order the transfer of funds etc.

(我给的报价是3000 USD, 在国内同行中,我们算是很便宜的了,收到他的邮件,我想:果然不出所料,开始嫌贵了)。
偶接着回复:
Dear Monika,
1. As you need it urgently, so we can finish it in two weeks for you.
2. Yes, there is such machine that might lower than us, but we are proud of our quality, all the outer material of the machine is made by stainless steel, and we guarantee the quality for one year, and offer you necessary service, such as technical help and spare parts for all the time.

阿三的邮件来了:
Dear Zhao

OH,MY LADY GAGA,竟然让我给他老板打电话!自从做外贸以来,偶第二怕的事情就是接到印度阿三的电话了,人家的英语那叫一个流利呀,能把我听出个精神失常了,更何况,我们公司根本没有开通国际长途
所以厚着脸皮回了一封邮件,用了一招从阿里巴巴讲师哪里学到的所谓的“高招”!,也就是,推说不可以在电话里谈业务,my god! 这句话也成为他嘲笑我的理由了,不过偶真是没办法,总不能说:不好意思,我们老板比较小气,舍不得开国际长途!
偶的回复:
Dear Monika,
Thank you for your quick reply. It is our rule that we can not talk about business on the phone. So, you can discuss with your boss and then contact me.
The machine is really good, no matter the quality and the after service. Please consider all the issue. And we also want to have cooperation with you, and the boss said, 2980 is our bottom line.

然后,杯具来了,下午睡了个午觉,回来打开邮箱,一封邮件已经躺在那里了,打开一看,本来睡眼迷糊的我,一下子清醒了:
Dear Mandy
20 Dollars.???20 dollars????? (此处是Hotmail 里面附带的哈哈大笑的表情,偶看了杀人的心都有了,感觉对方在鄙视我!) We are laughing than feeling ignored. We also use telephone for all the business transactions how you work without using them?
Please do not mind.

当时真是气的不行了,不愿意买就算咯,我从事外贸一年来还没有被鄙视过了,真恨不得写封邮件过去骂死他!
可是,转念一想,这样的话,显得我太小气了吧?我犯不着跟阿三一般见识不是?
于是耐着性子,回复:
Dear Monika,
Thank for for telling me about your feeling. What's wrong with 20 dollars? If you think it is so little, why you think 3000 USD too expensive? Just 3000 dollars, many of my customers buy other type of the machine for more than 10 billion, and they do not pay attention to the money but the quality of machine.
I say not talk about business on phone about the price, as it is not necessory for me to spend much time to talk about the price, our price is already comepetitive enough! You just take care on the price not the machine, so i do not think you have the sincerity to buy the machine.

发过去后,狠狠的吐了一口气,到此结束吧。 不过,事情不是那么简单!
下午竟然有收到这位阿三小妹的回信,她竟然意识到自己的错误了

I sincerely feel sorry if you felt unhappy by our observations. I apologise for the same.
Looking for a good price is our fundamental right as you would like to sell your items at best prices.
See we have to be cost effective as we are bulk buyers of new items. We are of course not a billionaire company but import about 15container/year of machines from Xi amen,Shanghai, Ningbo, and many other cities of Great China.
I hope this clears the confusion between us if any.

其实,偶是灰常大度的,既然人家说了句“sorry”,那我就大人不记小人过,再回复一下,表示礼貌吧。

It doesn't matter. You are the first one who laughs at my quotation in my career life, so i am a little bit of emotional. And also i am sorry for my saying too much impolite words.
For the machine, as the price is really low enough, so we can not give you a better price. Maybe we can have business the next time.

事情总是与偶想象的不一样,总以为她这下应该不会回复我了吧。
我们的“交情”也到此为止吧。
可是下班前,这位妞又来信了,这次还问了很多详细的信息,而当我把这些信息给他后,第二天她就把PO给我发过来了。
那一刻,偶不敢相信,这妞耍我呢?这也太不可思议了!
终于领教到阿三的与众不同了。
而我从中得到的最大的教训就是:要以诚相待,不论对方是什么态度,我们都要不卑不吭,我总是认为,即使是一封冷冰冰的邮件,
对方也会从中感受到你的态度的。
以下是她的回复,感觉好像是在夸我也,不过即使是损我也无关了,(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……

给他详细公司资料后的第二天,她就把订购合同给我发给来了,并对我的付款方式没有疑义。
接下来付定金是他们公司的上海办事处和我联系的,一个很爽快的MM,告诉了她账号,当天就给我水单了。

偶的“印度阿三”之旅,到此也就结束了。虽然金额很小,但毕竟走出了和印度阿三做生意的第一步。
这次的经历也改变了我对印度人的看法,
在此之前所接触到的印度询盘每次都是报了价就没有回音的。
在听过几次讲座后,我也就更相信跟阿三,没生意做!
但是,这次经历改变了我的看法,无论什么事情,都不要一棒子打死!
祝看到帖子的朋友,业务更上一层楼,多多赚钱,哈哈
